📝 Ingredients (for a 24 cm mold)

  • 300 g of flour 00

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 ml of latte

  • 100 ml of semi-dry oil

  • 100 g of grated parmigiano

  • 100 g of scamorza (or other formaggio a cubetti)

  • 100 g of prosciutto cotto (o salame, a cubetti)

  • 50 g of black or green olive denocciolate

  • 1 bustina di lievito instantaneo per torte salate
